All requests for cancellations must be received in writing within the required time frame to be effected.
New Members:
You have 10 days from the effective date of your policy to cancel. If you cancel the policy within this 10 day time frame you will be entitled to a refund of your premium only.
Existing Members:
If your policy is in effect you must notify us seven (7) business days prior to the next billing cycle for a cancellation to take effect.
Please note that due to billing cycles issues; that if you were billed and a request for a cancellation was received within the required time frame, a refund will be issued for the billed premium for that billing cycle only.
Credit and Debit Card refunds can take up to 3-5 Business days to be refunded
ACH from Checking or Savings Account could take up to 10 Business to be refunded
